We know how important it is for those involved in the installation and maintenance of boilers to have the right tools to carry out the analysis of fumes from combustion processes in boilers, furnaces and residential and commercial generators. For this reason Tecnogas, always looking for the latest market news, today wants to propose two different models of combustion analyzers of new generation, certified and updated according to the reference regulations.
The combustion analyzers SI-CA 030 (SKU 90051 2 cells – SKU 90052 3 cells) and Si-CA 130 (SKU 90053 2 cells – SKU 90054 3 cells) models are portable , compact and lightweight (only 350 gr) devices, ideal both for civil and commercial applications. Equipped with the most advanced digital and metrological technologies, they are equipped by default with a cell for CO detection up to 8000 ppm and a cell for O2 analysis. Both models can be equipped with the third cell (which is standard or added at a later time) for NO measurement and NOx calculation.
The basic kit includes a 180 mm long smoke probe with filter and condensate trap and a wireless printer. The analyzers are equipped with a protective rubber case and a convenient suitcase (also containing accessories) that protect the devices during movement.
During the measurement, on the color display, you can observe in real time all the parameters required by UNI 10389 and make the average of the three measurements in a simple and fast. The Si-CA 130 model can also perform the leak test of the CNG/LPG systems according to UNI 7129 (new systems) and UNI 11137 (existing systems). Both models also report the remaining life of the cells and display a reminder to remember the calibration deadline.
In case of high levels of CO, in order to protect the instrument, the pump can be turned off automatically by setting an intervention value. This function increases the longevity of electrochemical sensors.
Thanks to the free APP you can view graphs and tables of the measured values on your Android or IOS device.
Finally, by selecting the country where the measurement is made, the instrument will automatically load the calculation formulas specific to that state, according to local regulations.
